Pajama Jam, taught by Liz Schorr, is a class for children ages 3-7 and a care giver! Over the course of six weeks we will explore children's literature, songs, and movements all aimed at developing musicality in our pajamas! This course is based in the "First Steps in Music" methodology, which prepares children to be musical in three ways:
Tune-ful – to have tunes in their heads and learn to coordinate their voices to sing those tunes.
Beat-ful – to feel the pulse of music and how that pulse is grouped in either 2s or 3s.
Art-ful – to be moved by music in the many ways music can elicit a feelingful response.

Each week we will explore a different theme, and by the end of our 45-minute class you and your young musician will have a dance in your step, a song in your heart, and a book on your mind! Most books used throughout this course are available for purchase at The Blue Bunny! Share some beautiful music and stories with your young musician this summer, and join us for our weekly Pajama Jam!
